Sales tax

(Querist) 17 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
an optical shop did not issue me bill on the purchase of spectacle. when i demanded i was flatly refused.the shop is clearly evading sales tax. which authority shall i approach to? please advice.

where r u from. just drop ur complaint to the commissioner of commercial tax to the concern state ,
