Our family desires to execute a Family Settlement Deed.We are two brothers and two sisters.My elder brother is settled in U.S.A.He desires to authorise my brother-in-Law to execute the deed on his behalf in India.What will be the procedure for the same?

Elder brother would have to execute a POA in his State notarised by the Indian Consul there, and after it's arrival in India, it has to be registered within 4 months of it's arrival in India, with the registrar of the place where the property is located or where there are more than properties, where any one property is located.
