Hi,
The opponent didn't come for registration after agreement signed . but i filed the case in court at mean time he went to police station . The police are trying to threaten me. My question is indian law allows the police to enquire the case after the case went to court without court order?.
Please advice me what can i do next? The police men calling me every day and asked to come station to deal this..
please give me a exact solution ..

The Police has no business interfering when the matter is already sub-judice, as it is it's only a civil dispute. Bring this to the knowledge of the court by moving a contempt application, interfering with the process of law and trying to dissuade you from exercising your legal rights is contempt.

File an application seeking the prosecution of the concerned policemen for contempt of court. This is a clear cut case of contempt of court.
