Very very urgent.. sole propertiship

Dear All,

One of my client going to start sole propertership consisting of his wife ass only one person as sole propriter..

In this regards

what is teh documents required to start this( sales tax not applicable as no goods sale but S.tax applicable..)
1) What are the documents required..
2) what all other procedures(if any)

get your self registered in sales tax department.
i.e under VAT Act
