Hello Everybody
my anti and uncle had purchased a home by taking loan from cent bank finance wherein both are the joint owners and after the death of uncle, society has given transfer of share certificate also in name of anti. however the original property papers are with the cent bank and they are not giving her. she had even submitted the affidavit cum declaration from all her four children. there is no other claimant. four children had also given NOC in favour of mother.? what can be done now to avail those original documents from cent bank.
