Letter of allotemt under redev project

(Querist) 20 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
case--
property is under redevelopment project.
all the land is acquired by the builder from the former landlord but only 8.33% of the total area is under development contract.
builder has not yet entered into agreement of conveyance deed.
when buyer entered into purchase the flat under redevelopment project, what clause can protect the interest of the buyer to safegurad the investment in above case?
