Retrial of a finished case

Sir , in kerala a CPI M district leader charged by an FIR on based on hi one of controversial speech. but the case was finished years back. the culprits were convicted at that time .. winch are the provision in CrPC , and is that the case can be start with a new FIR?

Second trial in a case in which court has convicted the accused persons years ago, no way buddy. There is no such provision under Cr.P.C and it is prohibited.
