Property share

(Querist) 30 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Ancestor property-more than 300 years with no document details but available in the Government records( village records).
Before 1950 daughters of the above said property owner got married.
The owner of the property died after their marriage and no will alos written.
The property owner’s four sons are also not alive and the last son died in 2005 and only surviving is wife of one of the sons.
Grand sons and grand daughters now decided to sell the property.
Whether the family of daughters of him are entitled for equal share? Or to what extent? Or no right?
What about the grand sons and grand daughters share?

The family of daughters have no right as the succession opened before the 2005 amendment.
