a co -owner appointed to collect rent by will of his father in 2003
issued a memorandum of understanding cum concent letter for rent on the basis of which
rent paid every year to him in advance
denied to take rent from this year
1. Can rent be given equally to all legal hiers
2. is court intervention neede

What was the statement of WILL in such condition.

The othet heirs may have cause of action.
