Stamp duty in tn

land sold, doesnot include the building on it
but the revenue commisioner has ordered stamp duty to be paid for both the building and d land, wat is d legal stand relief available to d parties and for and case laws

It is amazing that the revenue commissioner is asking for stamp duty on building when none exist. (I hope it is not a house which was demolished)
