I'm NRI, living in USA. Holding Person of indian origin card. I planning to buy rubber estate in Kerela. Recent rule of indian government regarding "NRI can't invest in agricultual land" also include " rubber estate ?? Does "rubber estate in kerela" falls under agricultual land rule ???

Can you please provide more information regarding this matter .Any help apperciate.
