I m currently in northindia fr my official work. my parents r stayin in south tamilnadu. Today morning chennai police guys took my parents and my big-father(fatherr's brother) to chennai. seems police have informd my parents just a formal enquiry.
already my wife gave dorwy case in station 3 months back and police enquired me, but since no prima-face police closed the case.
Now i dunno wat has happnd.
i ve started to chennai to support my parents.
do i need to take bail? i think it not possible in a day's time.
is t possible to diretly ask fr bail whn we r taken to magistrate fr remand?

Talk & be informed, are they arrested??
Talk to local Advocate to know the status, and arrange for Anti Bail, before you go to Police Station.

shroff sir - dunno.. my parents spoke to me through PCO on way to chennai. Police picked the phone from them. And seems police told them just a formal enquiry.
dunno if they r arrested.
but my paresnt didnt sign anywhere. no documents/papers shown to them.
if it is arrest, they should show arest warrant na ?

It might as well be an arrest. Even if it is not, contact an effective advocate immediately and prepare for bail/ Anticipatory Bail.
