District bar coucil vs. bar council of india

Hi All,

If any Student finishes his LLB from law college then Which Bar Coucil he should opt and what are the advantage of enrollment in both the Bar Council.

Lisence is to be taken from state bar council,thereafter you can enroll any where.

You should enrol yourself in the state in which you reside and decide to practice.

Must enroll with State Bar Council, and then, can join any other Bar Association of District level, to get facility of dist bar.

You have to register with State Bar Council to practice. In local bar council, there is not require to register, however it is advisable to register also here.
