Question :the difference between absolute sale deed and sale deed

Answer: There is no term absolute sale deed. However, both are same.

It seems that you have stated about agreement to sell. It is advisable to you that you should post whole facts or consult local lawyer.

Sale deed on Rs.200/- stamp paper is not valid.

A sale deed needs to be registered after paying requisite stamp duty. The stamp duty will be calculated as per the market rate of the property in question.
