(1)IF A CONTRACT SPECIFY AN ARBTRN AGREE AND LIMITATION IS CROSSED THEN WAT IS THE REMEDY?
(2)CAN DISTT COURT BE APPROACHED FOR SELECTING ARBTRATION TRIBUNAL ALTHOUGH THIS WORK IS GIVEN TO CHIEF JUSTICE?
(3)CAN APPLICATION FOR SETTING ASIDE ARBTRN AWARD BE MADE TO ANY COURT OR DISTT COURT ONLY?

Dear Tailor,
1. To approach the chief justice is your remedy.
2. Only the chief justice or a person designated by the CJ can appoint an arbitrator.
3. Application for setting aside the award shall be made to the Principal Civil court of the jurisdiction.

Only C.J. or his nominee can appoint arbitrator. Only principal civil court can set aside award.

It would be better, if you please be specific with the problem you are facing to which you may be seeking solution. In fact your queries cover matters right from selection/appointment of arbitrator till the award by the arbitrator and even about challenge of such award.
