Dear I am an advocate in delhi high court but jst taking expirence i would like to ask that there is a servant at my office whos brother got
Married to a girl but later on he married again without divorce this case was trialed at patna high court and from servant side first of all he was on bail amd impugned order says to give 40,000 to girl as to compromise same both family got agreed and court called girl in person to collect DD of said amount but no one appeared in that case from girls side as they demanding more money.
Now my point is that what we can do in this case as this case is running from past several years what remedy we can have should i send thdm legal notice in their village

at what stage the second girl married with servants brother is going on.u said case is going on for many year so we need to know stage of case.

She got married within 2 years with the guy and in present case it says that 40,000 to be given by the person to his wife but no one has came to take 40,000 as the demand 2 lacs then only they will finish the case

Was there an agreement, only on the breach of agreement you can send notice.

Otherwise it is a state case, sending legal notice would mean pressurizing witness, a fit case for cancellatio of bail.

That should be deposited in court which passed the order or on its direction where it directs.
