sir,
This is raja from tamilnadu,we belong to hindhu law. my father worked as subinspector of police and he met an road accident and passed away on the year 2005.while he was in service he brought one house(selfacquired)in tamilnadu housing board, under his name via government loan.due to his death the goverment have cancel the remaining amount and release the mortagage deed to my mother, now the how was in my fathersname.me,mother,sister(minor),grandmother are the legalheirs of my father,my grandmother also expired,but my grandfather is alive and she has 10sons and 3daughters.
my question is,
1.what is the procedure for changing the house into my mothers name?
2.whether the legalheirs of my grandmother want to sign to change the property into my mothers name?

what exactly u need , u asked abt name changes, u said clearly that the property was bought by ur fathers own money then y u confused and taken all ur family kith and kin,
Very easy to change the name to ur mother by way of producing ur fathers death certificate and NOC of u and if any son or daughter.
Here aesthetical evidence are ur father and mother's marriage registered copy and death certificate
produce all along with the existing original document of property for physical verification
