hi everybody, we purchase goods at 5% vat within tamilnadu. sell the goods without any change to otherstates under C' form condition at the rate of 2% cst. will i be able to get refund of the 3% of tax difference from sales tax department. my mail id is moorthydv@indiatimes.com

dear mr vinayagamoorthy if u r purchasing goods with in your state and selling those goods out of the state against form c then you can claim your Input Vat refund from your department provided there is such a provision in the state of Tamil Nadu Vat Act.
