income limit for BC certificate in Punjab & validity period of issued certificate

I want to make a backward class certificate in Punjab. Please guide me about the present income limit for this.

I have a Backward class certificate issued last year with income less than 2.5 lac.Is it valid now or I have to get a new one if I want to apply for any post in Punjab Govt.

If the current scenerio is same as that what was during taking the income certifcate last year then actually no need, but Govt services and Offices demand latest so if no changes have taken place in your income you issue a fresh certificate by using the certifcate by ataching the same to the fresh application which has already been issued to you last year.

You need to get a new one if you want to apply for any post in Punjab Govt.
