How to make a Court Search with property address only?

Would the Ld. Experts kindly enlighten on the following?

I need to know if there was or is any Court Case on a piece of land situated at Shyambazar, Kolkata.

How shall I start the Court Search when there in no Case No. known to me?

Kindly inform the procedure.

Ye such type of searches could be caused but for that you need to engage a professional like an advocate.

Since this relate to immovable property, any case which will have to be filed will be the City Civil Court or the High Court on its Original Side. If the search is limited to a recent period, it will be readily available as the entire filing system has been computerised.I would recommend appointing a competent court clerk if not an advocate.U can have the information in writing.
