HSA 1994 In Karnataka

Dear Experts,
Karnataka Govt amended about proeprty share for daughter in 1994,after this amendment comencing daughters will eligible for share in ancestral and slef earned or only in ancestral property.Some one say in this amendment which daughter will get marrie after 1994 they will get equal share in the both proeprty, is this true.Some one says after 2005 amendment act from central govt this amendment will not in force. Which one is correct please let me know.
