Chargesheet not filed - advice

Against a private criminal complaint lodged in the local court FIR was registered in July 2010. Necessary documentary evidences has been submitted to prove its a false case. Eleven months passed the local police have not filed the chargesheet in the court. Can we appeal before the concerned judge on the matter? Please advice other measures after going through the criminal complaint copy sent in the attachment.

There is no question of appeal. Police is at liberty to file chargesheet at any time during limitation period. From the attachment, it appears that the case is of cheating. You need not worry until you receive a summons from court since you are on bail.
