How to find whether land is urban or rural

I want to buy a land in Noida(Not under Noida Authority).How do I find ot wheter land is agriculture or urban?
Also how title search can be done?

find the survey number or boundaries of the property send a R.T.I application to the district.local administration they will SEND PERFECT CLARIFICATION IN THIS REGARD. also you can PERSONALLY VERIFY WITH THE RECORDS IN THE REVENUE/TALUK OFFICE
