Unmarried and married daughter rights

Dear sir,
Unmarried and married daughter are qualify for share in the father self and grand father property,but this rules are efect only some states are through out india. and please clarify from which year this rules is effect.

married and unmarried daughter only entitle to ancestral property, and also present living house also, its from 2005 amendment.
