A sale deed and a G.P.A which is not signed by the transferee and is registered. transfer is in name of two persons out of one holds the GPA in his name . Then what is the authenticity of that document for the other party without any G.P.A. Can the party having G.P.A transfers it to anyone he likes with out asking the other holder of the property as the document is not signed by any of the transferee party?.

as per law today any transaction assests related writen must both party's signatures is must, sellor and buyers, even GPA also

ok..thank you for telling me that..can you please tell me the broad highlights of the procedure if i want the property to be now made in favor of two brothers with specific demarcations of the floors as earlier it was a joint property in the name of two brother's wife among the two the eldest brother having both G.P.A and S.P.A in his name but unsigned. now i want to make two different specific property papers for avoiding any future dispute.please help!

The transfer of the property is compulsorily registrable document under section 17 of the Registration Act. The GPA in the eye of law is no title at all.
