citation / head note issue

Dear sir/ Ma'am

I am respondent in an appeal. I found a suitable judgement in my case and this judgement though pulshied in HRR is in some other headnote. Althout the judgement is fully applicabe in my case. What should i do can i take out a internet copy from haryana high court website and place on file or should i get a certified copy of the judgement.

certified copy of judgment is not needed, you can produce copy obtained from website but in that there are no headnoted. so highlight the portion which you want to refer.
