If the committee set by speaker for impeachment of a judge is not constituted as per the provisions under Judges inquiry act then is it a valid impeachment as per the laws

impeachment is formulated by the consititution of india. which is superior to all acts. hence in my view the act is done by the consitution that is valied one

if a judge is impeached by the parliament and he wants to file writ under Art. 32 then wats the remedy available.
i which writ can he ask the court for

A writ under Art. 32 can be filed only in the Supreme Court. The remedy that is to be asked for is quashing of the impeachment proceeding and for the reinstatement.

yes, i do agree with Mr Palnitkar.

a writ under Art 32 can only be filed in supreme court, praying for quashing the impeachment proceedings, and initaiate legal proceedings if nay, as per law.
