registration time limit in Gurgaon

Pl intimate what is the time limit for property registration in Gurgaon and penalty if any thereafter.

Dear M. Sandal

Any executed document should be registered with in 4 months.

the said limitation is barred the sub-register belive that the sufficiant reason he will allow to registration with prescribed penalty not exeeding 10 times of proper registrartion fee.

Can anybody tell me rate of registration and other costs for bulders apartment on Sohna Road, Gurgaon within limitation and beyond that ; 10 times seems to be maximum penalty, what would it be if it is only afew months

Please contact any local Lawyer in this regard, each state has different stamp duty and registration fees and it is calculating on the basis of market value of the property.
