Levy of property tax in Noida

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 31 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Can someone tell me if Property tax is levied in Noida? U.P. Municipal Corporation Rules (Property Taxes), 2000 talks about payment of Property Tax although I know that U.P. Municipal Corporation does not have any jurisdiction over Noida & Greater Noida still I want to get clarity on this. Please help.

At present there is no property tax in Noida.
