HI EXPERTS
recently in the month of November2010 we have won a case of our property in the xxvii ABBL CITY CIVIL COURT IN BANGALORE
MY ORIGINAL SUIT NO IS 16482/1999 (CCCH2A) ANY ONE HELP ME TO NO STATUS WHETHER MY OPPONENT HAS FILED THE CASE IN HIGH COURT ,IF YES PLEASE SAY WHAT SHOLUD I DO FURTHER.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 25 March 2011
Normally in such cases, you should have filed a CAVEAT before the High Court. If a CAVEAT had been filed, then the opposite party would serve a copy of their appeal to you before filing the same in the High Court. It seems that you have not done it. In any case, if any ex-parte orders are passed in the Appeal, then you will definitely get a copy and thereupon you can take action.
