Non bailable warrant was issued against a accused by Hisar court and date in this case is fixed for 8/4/11 i have came to know that ,the accused whose against NBW are issued will appear in a court of Ambala in another crl case,what is procedure for execution of NBW,can i request for DASTI NBW.Kindly Advice.Thanks

Non bailable Warrants are not meant to be served but executed and they are supposed to be executed by a person to whom the have been issued as per Cr.P.C. You can very well request to have a dasti nbw and get the same executed where the accused is due to appear.

not so easy sir ,no warrant can be executed in a court- better find his current residence.
