Husband and wife reside in a flat in Mumbai for 7 years owned by husband parents. They are not tenant or licencee. Husband has rented another flat while the wife refuse to leave the flat and claim it to be her.

Daughter in law has a spare key of an unoccupied apartment in Mumbai. Flat is owned by in laws. She opens the flat and start living without husband and claim the flat to be her.

Both husband and wife are palnning to be divorced.

What should the in laws the owners do about this situation?
