Deed of Release of shares in the flat

The lady Owner of the flat died intestate leaving behind four sons viz A,B,C,D and husband "S" as the legal heirs. Each of the legal heir is having 20% rights in such flat Now Mr. A ,B want to release their each 20% shares in favour of E,C & D in a such manner that now new ratio shall be between E, C & D as 55 :33 :12

While preparing Deed of Release whether D's name will appear alongwith the name of Releasors since he has been releasing his 8 % rights in the said flat towards E & C

Please guide me who shall be the Releasor and Releasee in the Deed of Release.

your numeric calculation is not correct if E,C and D share 55:33:12 where is 'S' gone with his share and from where 'E' is born when the lady has already expired ?

sorry its not "E"
now the flat will be shares by S (husband) , C and D in the ratio of 55 : 33 :12
