One of my relative's father had two wives.
There is no issue from the first wife. There are three sons and two daughters from the second wife.
First wife died leaving behind landed property recorded in her name in the revenue records.
Now,if the children from the second wife are entitled to inherit the landed property of the first wife.
What is the share according to the Muslim law of inheritance?
Please suggest.

At what time the property was recorded in her name?Whether at that time living legal heirs has consented to the entry in her name?Whether it was a sale deed in the name of first wife to get recorded in her name? What is present status of possession? If it a agricultural land who is taking crops? If it is a building who is in possession?
