leave in notice period

Dear Sir,

Now I am working in Software company. I ve offered them one month of notice period.

My queries are:

1 - Can I take leave during this period?
2 - Is it necessary to come to office during the notice period?(If I dont have any pending task)
3 - What shall I do if they will not give me relieving letter.(I have not signed any bond.)
4 - How much time will the legal procedure take?

3.Then join without such letter. Most of the copanies do not make an issue out of non availablity of such relieving/release letters.
4. Depends upon the nature of the particular legal proceeding.

When you have not signed any bond, you are not required to fulfill any conditions. You are advised to see your appointment order, is there any such condition exist or not.
