What is deed of assignment and how far the deed of assignment is helpfull in the matter of agricultural land which is the subject matter of sec 4 and 6 of land acquisition.

Once the land is subject matter of Section 4 and 6 notification, there is no use in doing any assignment. The land in question even in the hands of the assignee would be subject to the Notification.

Assignment of lands is given by the Govt for the needy people, If the land is acquired by the govt, you will get compensation.
