pan no alloted by UTI is wrong

sir,
pan no alloted by uti is already alloted to some one else. thats why my return is not processed.i have't got my refund. tell me who is responsible for it.how can i get my refund soon.help me.

If you have been intimated of the fact through writing by I.T. Deptt.,enclose a copy of the same alongwith xerox copy of PAN card issued and ask UTI authorities to examinethe same and favour you with a new PAN No. if needed under copy to your Assessing Officer.After receipt of reply from UTI authorities, approach your A.O.for processing your refund claim accordingly.

Send a letter to the authorities giving details of the both persons. It will be rectified.
