I was married on Jan 2009; after 6 months we have a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of day to day issues. I try a lot but she not ready for anything.

Being advocate doesn't mean that one should make mockery of the law
you should see the balance of convenience towards which side
Whether she is interested to cohabit with her or not?
The best suggestion is to remain cool over this issue
If you want to take challenge then you may proceed under section 9 of HMA
In such circumstances the OP may file cases under section 498a and dowry cases aginst you and your family .In that case you may seek anticipatory bail which is also good ground of divorce for causing cruelty and desertion

Above all divorce by mutual consent is the best option

Experts have cleared the consequences. Try to remove misunderstandings and ego. I think it is not time to go to court, there is trifle differences between you both as between every spouse. You both can resolve better.
