I was married on Jan 2009; after 6 months we have a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of day to day issues. I try a lot but she not ready for anything. Regards
1.YOU MARRIED IN 2009.WIFE STAYING AT MATERNAL HOME .VISITS AT INTERVALS TO YOUR HOUSE. 2.YOU MAY KINDLY KEEP COOL AND DO NOT INVITE TROUBLE.YOU CONCENTRATE ON YOUR JOB AND TRY TO EARN MORE SO THAT IN CASE ANY FINANCIAL PROBLEMS ARE THERE THOSE WILL BE TACKLED.YOU MAY DISCUSS THE MATTER PEACEFULLY AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE TENSION. AS THE OTHER SIDE IS WELL EDUCATED WORKING WOMEN SHE MUST BE HAVING SOME PRIORITIES.TRY TO SORT OUT DIFFERENCES IF POSSIBLE. 3.KINDLY DO NOT INVITE TROUBLE AS MOST OF THE LAWS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMEN AND ONCE ANY CASE IS FILED AGAINST YOU ,THEN YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AND MENTAL PEACE FOR YEARS OF LITIGATION.SO KEEP COOL AND AVOID ANY DIRECT CLASH AND CONCENTRATE ON YOUR EARNINGS.HELP YOURSELF. 4.TIME IS THE BEST REMEDY AND BOTH WILL COME TO KNOW THE MISTAKES AND YOUR MARRIED LIFE MAY IMPROVE IN FUTURE.KEEP PATIENCE.IT IS IN YOUR OWN INTEREST.GOOD LUCK. YOU MAY WRITE OR CALL FOR ANY FURTHER HELP .

Being advocate doesn't mean that one should make mockery of the law you should see the balance of convenience towards which side Whether she is interested to cohabit with her or not? The best suggestion is to remain cool over this issue If you want to take challenge then you may proceed under section 9 of HMA In such circumstances the OP may file cases under section 498a and dowry cases aginst you and your family .In that case you may seek anticipatory bail which is also good ground of divorce for causing cruelty and desertion
Above all divorce by mutual consent is the best option

Experts have cleared the consequences. Try to remove misunderstandings and ego. I think it is not time to go to court, there is trifle differences between you both as between every spouse. You both can resolve better.
