A Ltd is a public company. B private Ltd is a wholly owned Subsidiary of A Ltd. C Private Ltd is a section 25 company which is a WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of B private Ltd... Now whether Mr. X, a Director of C Private Ltd has to intimate his Directorship in C private Ltd in his declaration as per Sec 299?
