Whether there will ve extension in due date of filing audit report?

No chance is arising unless some natural calamity will happen.

There is no reason at present to extend this due date.

why you are bothering about so much. There is a solution for you available i.e. backdating signed by CA which is easy a way.

You do not require to file the audit report if not asked by the assessing officer.
