Pl. advise what are the consequences..
and the status of a person;
who have given surety (for bail) to a person convicted (u/s 26) as accused in a CBI case.

Is there any special precaution that SURETY to be taken

The Bond of the surety gets lapsed. If any money was involved in the Bond then that will be forfeited in favour of the govt.
