muslim boy hideing his first marriage,married hidu girl, and started to force her to change name as muslim and convert,on this whether she can claim divorce? any case laws pls answer.

Has the marriage been solemnised under the Special Marriage Act? If not,the marriage itself will be void. If yes,she can move for divorce on this ground under the Indian Divorce Act.

sir, marriage is solemnised under spl marriage act,she has moved divorce under sec 27(1)B AND D OF SPL marriage act.whether she got any support of case laws? PLS ANSWER.
