defence in money suit. 138 n.i act is pending. no fresh notice is served for money suit. is there acceptance of money required.help me to file the W.S.

There is no separate notice is required for filing civil suit. The defense in 138 NI act case and in civil suit must be same. if you admit the money transaction in civil suit it will be harmful for you in 138 case. So take your defense with cautions and after taking both case in your mind.
