I have my Company registered in EPF from 1996, Now I want to apply for closer under PF act. Please guide

For this, u will hve to give proof the RPFC concerned along with your application, the following documents-
proof of surrendering all the registered licenses or code nos with various Govt. deptts,electricity disconnection, manner in which the property has been dispossed of, all the pf dues paid etc.etc.
