an employee at aharyan govt. dept.. was suspended on charges of taking bribe but was exonerated from the charges and was reinstated but soon after his reinstatment he was compulsoraliy retired on alleged ground of misconduct without a show cause notice ..what is the remedy for the employee???

Dear Anupam Sharma,
Immediately put the department under notice and file a Writ Petition before High Court citing the facts and circumstances in this regard.

Dear Anupam Sharma,
You can also simultaneously file a civil suit seeking damages compensation after complying requirement of section 80 of Civil Procedure Code. To apply more pressure on the department involve press as well.
