Dear Sir,
I am 37 years old housewife. My husband and my in-laws are not allowing me to stay with them and planning to do my husband's second marriage secretely (without publishing the wedding invitation cards), in that case what are the legal remedies available to me for this?

For the present you can file suit for injunction against your husband.

You can sue them under DV Act,and also seek help of Crime against women cell of police, and woman's commission to stop him from marrying.

Regarding residence, you may file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act and inter-alia pray for right of residence in the shared household.

Regarding second marriage, you may file an injunction suit. Apart from that may also file a complaint with the police.
