reconversion of religion

My client is hindu by birth converted herself to Christianity in a church and married to a christian at church. Now as there is no coordial relationship between the spouse want to dissolve the marriage and she wants to reconvert as hindu. Can I file a declaration suit to the effect apart filing matrimonial case?
