Can anyone buy two different properties at some distance(Not Adjoining) in a single khasra Number
from two different person under a single sale/purchase deed without mentioning sides( East ,West,North ,South).
If yes, under which rules or act.

The person who has option and capacity to purchase the property and is paying the consideration amount from a legally vailid source of income, cannot be restricted to buy a property
