RESPECTED SIR, Notarised plot on 5/rupees stamp paper is valid? it has been made in 1984-86 periods ,now is it is vaild? what is the limitation act for the same? kindly give me suzesstion ,thanking you sir,

Unless executed on a stamp paper of appropriate value prescribed at the time of execution and registered in a jurisdictional sub-registrar's office, no document pertaining to transfer of immovable property is valid.

You need to get the deed executed again paying stamp duty applicable as on this day and get it registered.
