Sir, I want to start a coaching center, for students up to 12th standard but I am still pursuing B.sc final this year.
Is I qualified enough for the registration of a Coaching center In Uttar Pradesh, District Banda..

I see no impediment in getting registration under "The U.P. Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Adhiniyam, 1962". You may approach the local office of Labour Department, i.e. Labour Inspector of your area.
